Marisa Moody

Marisa is an avid runner and loves lifting heavy weights and swinging kettlebells. She has a passion for encouraging others to live a healthy and active lifestyle and was a selected as a finalist as one of Canada’s Top Fitness Trainers in 2019 by Impact Magazine!

She believes being active can (and should be) fun! She has a positive and supportive approach to her training and enjoys working with all levels ensuring everyone is getting a great workout. She thrives off of motivating and challenging participants to reach their personal fitness goals.

Laura Zeke

Laura has always enjoyed being active. Her love for running, cycling, and weight training motivated her to become certified as a personal trainer, so that she could share her passion for fitness with others. She loves a good hill or stair sprint drill and is always encouraging members to challenge themselves. Laura is always inspired by how much physical fitness and nutrition can change a person’s life for the better.

Megan Smith

Megan is a friendly and encouraging and motivating trainer who always knew she would pursue a career within health & fitness. She took sport & exercise as an option from school, all the way through to her degree in BSc Sport and Exercise Science.

Her passions in life are travel, health, fitness and nutrition. Megan has come over to Vancouver to check out the health & fitness scene and put some Canadians through their paces.

She loves meeting new people, promoting a healthy, but balanced lifestyle and helping people to be happier and healthier.

 

Meghan Burrows

Meghan Burrows is a Recreation Therapist and Performance Coach who believes in bringing out the inner athlete in everyone. With her BSc in Biology and post-graduate diploma in Recreation Therapy, she has a passion for learning and educating others. She is known for her work with the Canadian Mental Health Association, The Burnaby District School Board and STRONG Fitness Magazine both as a STRONGCAMP Ambassador and freelance fitness writer. Currently Meghan is competing with the BCPA as a 72kg powerlifter and as an amateur Ultra Runner. Her classes and training style reflect the mantra “move better, think better, feel better.” Her favourite movements include handstands, lifting heavy things and surfing. Meghan specializes in helping clients find their purpose by doing physical activity through the lens of mental fitness.

 

Kirsten Kenward

Kirsten has been Personal Training and teaching Bootcamps around the Lower Mainland since 2013. Her passion lies in empowering clients to move well and feel energized, at any age, weight or background. She loves running, is an avid yogi, and preaches the power of a strong core!
