Join our after-work crowd and sweat off the stress of the day. This 75 minute class is a combination of running, strength training and core work. Classes are offered Monday & Wednesday at 6pm and Saturday at 9am.
Tuesday’s class is 60 minutes long, and alternates between a group run (all paces & abilities welcome) and a circuit strength class.
Locations for all classes vary week to week and are available to view once you sign up for a membership.

For those who are new to fitness or just getting back into an active lifestyle and would prefer a more customized approach prior to attending regular classes.
Or if you have a specific goal you would like to work towards you can work with one of our qualified trainers in addition to our classes to help you get there. Personal Training sessions are available at an outdoor location or at a private gym in Kitsilano.

For those who need more 1:1 support, monthly nutrition coaching is available. The accountability, direction and support you will receive from your trainer will ensure the work you are putting in during workouts isn’t undone during your meals throughout the week!
